Actual-time-taken will be calculated after we deduct non-billable time from the actual time spent by our team on your assignment (non-billable time is determined by us based on ancillary tasks undertaken by us to prepare for executing the actual assignment).

It is calculated as per the actual amount of time taken to complete the task. It is clarified that the actual time for completion of the task or minimum ITT (whichever is higher) will be considered for calculating the consumption of time.
The ITT is an indicative estimate of the time taken by us from commencement of the service until first turn around, it is clarified that the actual time for the completion of the task may vary from the minimum or maximum ITT and is dependent on the nature of the specific task and client dependencies..The minimum and maximum ITT is provided to help you in deciding and planning the assignment of hours.
