Call with the client to understand the transaction,draft the Annual Maintenance Contract and changes as per the first review by the client
Exclusion
Revision and revert by the other party, call with the other party for negotiation of terms (if applicable), revet on changes by the other party, Formatting and Cleaning, Change In Scope
Client Dependency
Provide the details of the transaction and the relevant documents, feedback on the first draft, follow up with the other party for negotiation of the terms (if required),if not follow up with the other party for closure of the agreement and execution of the agreement

The indicative time is specified only for the Inclusions. Time taken for exclusions is not included and delay in client dependencies would result in a change in indicative time
